AT TIME ZONE converts between an absolute TIMESTAMP and a wall-clock DATETIME in the given zone, matching how BigQuery’s timezone-aware functions read a zone argument.

Limitations

BigQuery concatenation with || follows Firebolt’s string concatenation semantics. Use CONCAT for BigQuery’s argument handling.
The shift operators << and >> are not supported.
